My Story

Over five years ago, I was diagnosed with CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia). In an instant, my relationship with food completely changed.

That diagnosis was the catalyst for Chillgreen. It all began with juicing. What started as a simple daily ritual naturally evolved into a lifestyle centered around whole foods. It no longer mattered whether they were raw, cooked, or blended—my only rule was that it had to be real, living nourishment.

My entire mindset shifted. Food was no longer just something to eat; it became a way to fuel, protect, and actively support my body alongside my medical treatment. I leaned heavily into ingredients packed with natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Over the years, combined with my medication, my lab results have significantly improved. This journey taught me what it truly means to be intentional about how I care for my physical body.

Chillgreen is the space where I share that ongoing journey—simple, plant-forward recipes focused on balance, purity, and deep intention.

Honoring the Root Source

Our modern food system is heavily saturated with highly processed foods and industrialized livestock. Instead of nourishing us, much of what is commonly consumed today actively harms our bodies, introducing cellular risks that simply shouldn't be there. My goal is to show how returning to plants can help us reclaim and maintain our baseline health.

On this website, I share exactly how I nourish my body using the power of plants rather than animal products. The philosophy is simple: eat from the root source. By shifting our focus here, we minimize the harm associated with animal agriculture while taking a definitive, compassionate step toward protecting our environment for the long run.
