My Story

I was diagnosed with CML, a type of leukemia, over five years ago. Since then, my relationship with food completely changed.

That's when I started juicing—it was where everything began. Over time, I naturally began to eat more fruits and vegetables, whether raw or cooked. It didn't really matter in what form, as long as I was feeding my body real, whole foods.

My focus shifted toward nourishment—choosing foods rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds to support my body alongside treatment. I started to see food less as just "eating" and more as a way to fuel and support myself every day.

Over the years, alongside my medication, my results have significantly improved. This journey made me more intentional about what I eat and how I care for my body.

Chillgreen is a space where I share that journey—simple, plant-forward meals centered around real ingredients, balance, and intention.
