Three colors a day
Batch Juicing & Smoothies
Why batch juice?
I do it mainly to flood my system with nutrients—it is simply impossible to eat that massive volume of raw vegetables every single day.
Realistically, the taste of some greens isn’t easy to bear. Juicing allows me to consume them effortlessly without having to chew through piles of fiber or tolerate bitter flavors.
It is cold-pressed because that process preserves the highest density of live nutrients. I prefer my juice slow-pressed, unstrained, and ice cold.
