Berry Base

  • 250g frozen blueberries

Simple Method

  1. 1Add your frozen blueberries to a small pot and let them melt gently over a steady low heat setting without adding water.
  2. 2Stir your zero-calorie sweetener into the warm fruit base once the berries begin bubbling and releasing liquid.
  3. 3Simmer for 8-10 minutes while keeping the fruits completely whole and chunky, then pour into a recycled glass jar to cool and set.
